eRx [Rcopia]: Reports

This feature is currently being rolled out to clients. If you do not have access yet, please be on the lookout for communication from us regarding your upgrade timeline. 

eRx Reports in the EMR

If you need to view all orders created in Rcopia, navigate to Reports > Medication > Doctor's Orders.

The page displays all Doctors' Orders created in the location/instance.

1. To view only eRx orders, click on Advanced Search and choose eRx from the Type drop-down.
   
1. If you need a more detailed breakdown of the Doctors Orders section and search functionalities, check out this article. 
2. Click Search.
3. Click the Clear All Filters text to clear any filters in both the regular and advanced search fields.
4. You can export the Doctor Orders results to XLSX and CSV files by clicking on the corresponding buttons.
5. All Doctor Orders (whether you use the search option or not) can be sorted by clicking on the arrows in each column, and you can open a patient's chart by clicking on their name or MR number.

eRx Reports in Rcopia

Other reports are available on Rcopia.

1. To begin, click on the hamburger menu and then on Reports.
2. Then click on the desired report type.
   

Activity Report

This report shows all activity based on the provider selection and date selection. Click on the print icon to print the results or save them as a PDF.

Drug Report

This report shows all patients who are, as the text says, taking a specific medication or its generic equivalent. You can filter by medication, responsible or medication provider, and the period since the medication was last updated. Clicking on the print icon allows you to print the results or save them as a PDF, and clicking on the X document icon will allow you to export to CSV.

Periodic Report

This report breaks down prescription activity for a provider or providers.

• Creating a periodic report generates a PDF document that can be printed or downloaded. Unfortunately, this report cannot be exported as a CSV file.
• Creating an interval report generates a PDF document that can be printed or downloaded. Unfortunately, this file cannot be exported as a CSV file.

Provider Agent Report

This report allows you to view all provider agents assigned to a provider, or all of a provider agent's providers. This section will not appear as an option until at least one provider agent assigned to that location has prepared an order for a provider. 

1. Choose the location or locations.
2. If you want to search for all provider agents assigned to a specific provider, enter the provider.
3. If you want to search for all providers to which a provider agent is assigned, enter the provider agent.
