How Do I Change My Password?

If you need to reset your Kipu password, follow the steps below. Note: This will only reset your password for Kipu EMR. 

1. Click on your initials in the right-top corner and select Profile.
   
2. You’ll be asked to enter your current password. If you do not remember your current password, follow the Reset Password instructions.
3. On the Account page, you can modify and customize your profile information, including your password. 
   
4. Type in your new password in the Password and Password Confirmation fields. Passwords must be 8 characters in length, have at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lower case letter, and 1 number, and cannot have been used within the previous year. 
5. Enter your current password in the Current Password field to confirm the change and click Update at the end of the page.
6. That's it! Your password has been successfully updated. 

Password Managers 

If you are using Chrome's saved password, Google Password Manager, Apple's Keychain, LastPass, 1Password, or any other password manager application, keep in mind you need to update your saved password there too. Kipu highly recommends NOT TO save your Kipu EMR password on any shared devices.
