FoRSE Integration

Important Notice
We are in the process of migrating FoRSE to the new Marketplace Integration Platform and updating the related APIs. During this transition, FoRSE identified an issue preventing data sharing that they are actively working to resolve.
Once the issue is fixed, we will reprocess all FoRSE data to ensure everything appears correctly in your application. In the meantime, please disregard the logs until the announcement of the new FoRSE integration.

The following Outcome Assessments are currently included:

FoRSE Integration Setup

Use the following steps to opt in and enable the FoRSE outcome data sharing program. Only Super Admins can complete these steps.

Click on your initials and select Settings.
Open the Integrations tab.
From the Marketplace Integration section, click Add on the FoRSE tile.
Click Setup.
Follow the instructions in the setup wizard and select which Outcomes Assessments and Locations you'd like to include.
The Include Historical Surveys checkbox authorizes Kipu to send all historical assessment data to FoRSE for the selected surveys in addition to new assessment data moving forward.
Review the contact information that will be sent with the activation request. Important: This user must have a cell phone on their user profile. There is also a spot to include more information. You can add a note here or include other people to contact if the user is unavailable.
Review the information and confirm it's correct.
Upon completing the required agreements, FoRSE will be sent a notification of your request for participation. FoRSE will reach out directly to the facility contact with any questions
Once the integration has been approved by FoRSE the integration tile changes from Submitted to Active.
