Billing Audit Tool: Warnings and Errors

  • Updated

The Warnings and Errors tab allows you make yellow warnings hard stops for your facility, which can help you reduce claim rejections and other similar issues. Items with the Warning type assigned warn you that information is missing but will not stop you from sending the charge to your integrated billing system. Items marked as an Error will prevent you from progressing until you address the issue.

For information on specific pre-transmission errors and warnings, check out this article. For information on post-transmission errors and warnings, click here for CMD and here for RCM.
