eRx [Rcopia]: PDMP

A prescription drug monitoring program (PDMP) can be added directly to your Rcopia account as a paid add-on. If enabled, all EPCS providers must be enrolled in PDMP and a per-state enrollment fee is required. Implementation may take up to six weeks.

Important: PDMP is not available in Guam, New York, and Wisconsin. For a comprehensive list of states and availabilities click here.

How Do I Access My PDMP Data?

Once you have access to PDMP, you can view the data by following these steps:

1. Navigate to the desired patient and open Rcopia in one of the following ways:
   • Click on the Rx icon on their facesheet.
   • Click on the Prescription Portal button in the Doctors Orders tab.
2. Once in Rcopia, click on the hamburger menu, then click on Medications.
3. Next, click View PDMP Data.
4. The data will appear.
