If you need to update the payment method for your Kipu invoices, you can do so under the Secure Portal link. This link is located in your monthly invoice email.
- Click on the link to access your secure payment portal.
- Click Manage Payment Accounts.
- Click on your payment method of choice: ACH or CC.
- Click Add Account.
- Enter Billing Address information.

Name the payment method.
- Click Continue.
- Enter the Payment information.
- Click Submit.
