Adding Your ACH or Credit card on file

If you need to update the payment method for your Kipu invoices, you can do so under the Secure Portal link. This link is located in your monthly invoice email.

  1. Click on the link to access your secure payment portal.

  2. Click Manage Payment Accounts.

  3. Click on your payment method of choice: ACH or CC.

  4. Click Add Account.

  5. Enter Billing Address information.

  6. Name the payment method.

  7. Click Continue.


  8. Enter the Payment information.

  9. Click Submit.
