The Current Census tab lists each patient with specified medications on the current census along with their latest Call Back data for easy review.
Required User Roles: Super Admins, Records Admins, Doctors, and Nurses can use the Call Backs feature.
- To begin, click on the desired Location>Schedules > Call Backs > Current Census.
- At the top of the Current Census tab, you will see the search and export options.
- Use the search bar to search for a patient by name, ID, or MR Number.
- The three icons here allow you to perform the following actions:
- Download the current census or search results as a CSV file
- Print the current census or search results
- Create a PDF file of the current census or search results
- The Current Census data is displayed with the data in the following columns. You can click on any header to sort the results by the header selected.
- Name: The patient’s first and last name appears here, and can be clicked on to open their chart in a new tab.
- Patient ID: Patient ID or MR number
- Medication: The name of the medication from the last Call Back. You can click on the funnel icon next to Medication to open a list of medications.
- Select a medication (or medications) from the list and click on Apply Filter to only view the results that include the selected medication(s).
- Select a medication (or medications) from the list and click on Apply Filter to only view the results that include the selected medication(s).
- Previous Call Back: The date of the previous Call Back with the number of days since the date in parentheses.
- Previous Outcome: The Previous Call Back result (Pass or Fail). As with Medications, you can click on the icon to open a list. Select Pass or Fail from the list and click Apply Filter to only view results with the selected filter.
- Next Call Back Date: The next scheduled Call Back date.
- Expected Remaining: The number of doses the patient is expected to bring to the facility on their next Call Back date.
- Calendar: Click on the Calendar icon to modify the patient’s next Call Back date.
- Click on the date to select a new one, then save.
- Click on the caret icon to expand the patient’s Call Back details.
- The details of the patient's last Call Back will expand below if one exists. Otherwise, the area will be empty.
- The top section summarizes the patient’s information, as it appears in the columns. It also includes the medication order name, Call Back Date and Time, Hours Since Confirmation, and response status.
- The next section allows you to review the results of the Call Back.
