This guide outlines the process of setting up the OBHIS reporting option. Follow the steps below to complete the setup efficiently.
- To begin, click on your initials and then click Settings.
- Then click the Integrations tab.
- Scroll down to the Marketplace Integration section and select Install on OBHIS.
- Next, click Setup.
- Follow the instructions in the wizard to proceed with the setup. Click Continue to move to the next step.
- Select the locations that will be reporting. You may choose some or all of your locations, depending on their geographical areas and the payers served.
- Choose the type of care you provide. This selection ensures that the report is configured according to OBHIS requirements for the specific type of care. Additionally, it automatically excludes patients who do not fall under the selected type of care. For example, if you select AOD, patients with primary mental health diagnoses will not be included in the reports, and vice versa.
- Select the patient details to include in the reports. Options include Admission, Discharge, Transfer, and Annual Update. It is recommended to select both options if you provide AOD and Mental Health services.
- Admission, Discharge, Transfer: Required for both types of care.
- Annual Update: Required for Mental Health and not needed for AOD.
- After making your selections, click Continue.
- You will see the Tax ID/EIN and legal name for each of the selected locations. Ensure these details match what OBHIS expects to see on the reporting data.
- These details pull from the EMR Location Settings. If the information is not present, it will pull from the Company Settings. If nothing is available in either location, the fields will be blank.
- If you need to make updates, click on the edit icon and make the necessary changes.
- If you check the Apply this setting to all locations box, it will automatically update the name and tax identification number for all locations.
- Click Save to keep your updates.
- Click Submit to finalize the initial setup for the OBHIS reporting program.
You can return to this page at any time to make updates as needed.
