Users can now generate PDF packages for specific treatment episodes, allowing documentation to be pulled from a specific portion of an episode of care. This feature is especially helpful when sharing records with third parties who need documentation tied to a particular treatment phase.
Required Permissions: Users must have the Manage PDF Packages permission enabled on their user profile to create PDF packages from this tab. Users who only need to review the contents of a PDF package can be assigned the View PDF Packages permission. Do not assign both permissions to the same user, as doing so will cause a conflict and limit access.
Follow the steps below to create a PDF package by treatment episode:
- Navigate to the patient’s header and click on the Actions menu.
-
Select PDF Package.
- In the Generate PDF Package window, select the PDF Package from the drop-down list.
- Choose one or more treatment episodes:

- Select the Toggle All option to include every treatment episode.
- You can customize the items in PDF Sections and PDF Options by setting the toggles to on for the documents you want to include from the selected treatment episodes.
- Review the package contents and make any adjustments if needed.
- Click Generate to create a PDF package that includes the chosen documents.
- The system displays a green message when PDF package is generating.
