Super Admins and users with manage PDF packages can create PDF packages of clinical documentation that can be requested by the lab. This helps reduce the need for the lab partner to reach out to the facility and request printed documentation from the patient's chart.
Because these packages are set up on a per-laboratory basis, each connected lab can have its own standard documentation package. Once these packages are created, the lab can pull them electronically from the lab platform.
Note: The lab can only request documentation for patients who have had testing completed by that specific lab. This documentation is typically used to assist the lab with billing the patient's insurance company.
Important: The feature only works for bidirectional interfaces.
