If you access the Help Center and see the Sign in Help link, you are not logged in and cannot create Support Ticket.
Use the following steps to log into the EMR and view your past tickets or submit a new ticket.
- To submit a support ticket, please log into your EMR account with your email address and password.
- Can't remember your password? Click the Forgot Password link.
- Click the Help icon.
- This will automatically log you into the Help Center.
- Click the Submit a Ticket link to create a new support ticket.
- To view open tickets, click on your name and choose Requests.
