Kipu provides a robust knowledge center containing instructional documentation, webinars, and FAQs so that you can stay informed on all our platforms and features. Kipu also offers a learning academy with self-paced courses and learning paths to familiarize new users with the EMR.
You can access the EMR knowledge base and learning academy after you sign into your instance, or directly from this link.
Note: While most of our help center is open access, certain features (such as Kipu Intelligence) and processes (such as parts of the eRx workflow) require the user to be logged in to the help center to view documentation.
- Once you sign in to your instance, click the Help tab.
- You will be taken to the Kipu EMR Help Center.
- You can use the search box to look for information on a specific topic, issue, feature, or article, or browse through the knowledge base by section.
Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base section is organized by section, for the most part mirroring the layout and sections in the EMR.
Release Notes
The Release Notes section houses the EMR's release notes, organized by year and month, allowing you to remain informed of all the updates and fixes made to the EMR.
FAQs & Support
This section contains FAQ and support information.
Note: While some FAQ content is located here, other FAQs can be found in the knowledge base itself in the section where it is relevant.
Academy
From the Help Center, you can also access the Academy where we have courses and webinars.
- Click Academy at the top of the window to access the Client Academy for self-paced courses, learning paths, and certifications.
- To review the Kipu Academy Course Catalog, click here. To create an account for the Academy, click here.
- On the Academy page, you can explore the different courses available. Tip: Filter by Content Type or Product.
