How Do I Find My Kipu URL?

I'm trying to log in and keep getting an error that my username or password is not correct but I know they are.

I need to locate my Kipu URL, how do I find it?

Resolution

To locate your Kipu URL look at the very top of your browser window. The URL is typically 3 letters followed by 5 numbers (example: abc12345.kipuworks.com) or the name of your facility (example: yourfacilityhere.kipuworks.com).

If you still have an old registration or forgot password email, you can click on the link to go to your EMR even if the link has expired. If you do not have one of those you can contact Support for help locating your URL.
