How Do I Bookmark My Kipu Website?

Issue

Every Kipu EMR has its own unique web address. You will receive an error if you try to log into any instance for which you do not have an active profile. You will not receive password reset emails from an incorrect Kipu EMR website.

Environment

Kipu EMR, All Users, Login

Resolution

1. Select your browser's Search Bar at the top of the webpage and type the URL/web address for your facility's Kipu website. This address is likely a letter and number mixture or the name of your facility followed by .kipuworks.com.
   
2. After the webpage has loaded, select the star icon on the right-hand side of the search bar.
3. A new pop-up will appear where you can choose where to save your bookmark, then click the Done button to save it.

   If you select the Bookmarks bar folder the Kipu website will be added to the top of your web browser for easy access.
