LMS Transition: Moving the Kipu Academy

We are transitioning the underlying system that hosts the Kipu Academy. We will be maintaining the same web address, and any in progress or completed trainings will remain accessible from your new dashboard.

Transition Date

The LMS switch over will occur on Monday, October 13 at 12:00 PM ET.

Training History

All training completed by October 13 at 12:00 PM ET will be transferred to Kipu Academy, we estimate to have your training history transferred by Wednesday, October 15.
Any training finished in the old LMS after this time will not carry over.

We recommend completing any in-progress training before the transition date. If you don’t finish, don’t worry — you’ll still be enrolled in the same courses in Kipu Academy, but you’ll need to restart them from the beginning.

First-Time Login Instructions (Starting on 10/13 after 1pm EST)

1. Go to https://academy.kipuhealth.com/ 
2. Enter your email address registered with the previous learning system
3. Click “Forgot Password” (required for your first login)
4. Check your email for the reset link and create a new password
5. Log in with your email + new password

Tip: If this is your first time accessing Kipu Academy, click Register Now on the login page and use the email tied to your Kipu account.

Ongoing Access

After October 13, you will continue to access all courses, training, and certifications through https://academy.kipuhealth.com/
