Manage your Kipu EMR user profile from the Profile tab. From this section, you can:
- Change your password.
- Update your two-factor authentication information.
- Configure your account to sign documents with a PIN.
- Set a default sign-in location.
Edit Your Profile

Click on your initials and select Profile.

Enter your Password to continue. If you don’t know your password, follow these instructions to create a new password.

Review your information and make adjustments as needed.
- Note: If the "Allow users to update profile demographics" feature is disabled under Settings > Instance, unless you are a super admin, or have Manage Features enabled on your user, you will only be able to view and edit your password and PIN signature options.

- To reset your password, follow these instructions.

To update your two-factor authentication method, adjust the security access drop-down.
- If you choose text message, please ensure you have a valid cell phone number added to your profile in the Mobile field.

To enable Sign with PIN, which allows you to automatically apply a signature to your notes by entering your pin value, check the related box.
- Next, input a Pin value. This is the number you’ll use when signing documentation.
- Click on the Signature button.

In the Add Signature window, draw your signature. When you’re satisfied, click Submit.

Now, each time you sign a document with your PIN, the created signature will be automatically added to the document.

For users with access to more than one Location, you can use the Default location drop-down to automatically set which Location you’ll be automatically logged into each time you sign in.

When done, click Update to ensure your changes are saved.
