Creating Notes
The Notes section can be used to communicate non-critical information pertinent to the patient, like travel arrangements. Notes are accessed through Facesheet but are not part of the patient’s official chart. They are used simply to make staff aware of non-critical patient information and shouldn't be used to create shift reports or any other critical patient documentation.
- To create a note, click on Notes.
- Click New Note.
- Type in the note and click Save Note.
