Warning Threshold (%)
This section allows you to set up a warning threshold for the medication to indicate when a medication is running low.
When the threshold percent is reached, the remaining quantity will be displayed in red text in the Current Medication section when dispensing from Queues, from the patient chart (MAT Orders tab), and/or from the Pump tab (if using a liquid medication).
For Example: If the Warning Threshold is set to 20%, and a bottle is open with a total quantity of 100 tablets, the system will automatically make the text red when there are 20 tablets remaining (e.g., 20% of the bottle is left).
Example of Warning Threshold in the Queue
In the Queue section, the system indicates the remaining quantity by using red text.
Click on the arrows next to the remaining quantity to change the bottle.
Example of Warning Threshold from MAT Order Tab
In the MAT order tab within the patient’s chart, the system indicates the remaining quantity in red text and the dispense button disappears.
Click on the arrows next to the remaining quantity to change the bottle.
Allow Transfers Between Different Lot Numbers
This feature allow users to consolidate remaining medication into any bottle of the same medication and return pre-pour units to an open bottle, regardless of the lot number.
