This article walks you through the complete Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) workflow from opening the methadone bottle at the start of the day to closing and reporting at the end of the day.
Each day, the MAT workflow begins with opening the medication bottle and preparing the pump for dispensing. During the day, staff dispense patient doses, resolve MAT flags, and manage returns or wastage. At the end of the day, staff close the medication bottle, clean the pump, and generate MAT reports.
Required Permissions: Super Admins, Records Admin, and users with the Manage Pump feature can access the Pump tab. Users with Manage Medications Inventory feature can manage the inventory.
