MAT Pump Tab Overview

The MAT Pump tab is designed to make it easy to manage the daily pump processes, start of day, calibrate, change liquid medication, transfer, end of day, and maintain optimal pump performance.

Required Permissions: Super Admins and users with the Manage Pump feature can access the Pump tab.

• Start of Day: Prior to dispensing, each user must prepare the pump by emptying the cleaning solution, opening the medication, and priming the medication.
• Calibration: This optional process allows you to verify that the proper amount of medication is being dispensed. 
• End of Day: At the end of the treatment day, empty the medication and clean the pump.  
• Change Bottle and Transfer In: Simultaneously close and open MAT medications when the quantity remaining is low. This feature can also be used to transfer the remaining medication to a different bottle.  
• Setup: Troubleshoot pump connection issues, missing pump tabs, and update pump mode.
