Unit Inventory: Past Unit Inventory

The Past Unit Inventory tab displays all units that were given to a patient, spilled, wasted, or returned to inventory. 

Required Permissions: Super Admins, pharmacists, and users with the Manage Inventory feature have access to this workflow. Pharmacists will need Manage Inventory and Manage Pump access (if their facility dispenses medication via pump) for complete usage.

Actions

• Click on the arrows in the column titles to sort the unit inventory items in alphabetical/reverse alphabetical or chronological/reverse chronological order.
• The transaction history can be reviewed by clicking on the patient's name for each dispensed unit.
• The transaction history displays the Past Unit Inventory, the transaction type (Return to Inventory/Given to Patient/Wasted Dispense, etc.), and Unassigned/Assigned details.
• You can print the Past Unit Inventory using the Print icon, generate a PDF using the PDF icon, or export the data by selecting Export to CSV.
