In the Episode of Care Summary, use the pencil or undo icon to update basic episode details such as the medical record number, anticipated discharge date, anticipated admission date, change level or care/program, transfers, add locations, etc.

Important: The undo option is only available in the most recent event, and when no documentation is attached to the episode. To restore the undo option, move documents to a different treatment episode in the Chart Summary > Treatment Episodes tab. Once the episode is documentation-free, the Undo option will reappear.
