Apply Current Clinical LoC to Episode created during Treatment Episodes Migration: Previously, when an instance was converted to Treatment Episodes, the Treatment Episode created during the process displayed a Level of Care (LoC)/Program of “Unassigned.”
With this update, during migration to Treatment Episodes, if a Clinical Level of Care (LoC) has already been applied to the patient, that LoC will now automatically carry over and be applied to the Admission episode created as part of the migration. This ensures the episode reflects the patient’s appropriate program and reduces the need for manual updates after conversion.
Fixed
- Unable to readmit a patient chart: The readmission workflow has been corrected. Users can now open any discharged patient chart, select the Readmit button, and successfully readmit the patient to the appropriate destination location.
- Labs / Treatment Episodes: Local users were unable to assign unassigned lab reports. Eligible users can now properly access assignment functions for unassigned lab reports.
- Per Diem Service Authorizations did not pull the correct location name into billable items: Issue fixed and items correctly reflect the associated location name for Per Diem Service Authorizations.

Fixed
- Chart Assistant: Fixed an issue with the Treatment Episodes side drawer where the maximize behavior was not functioning as expected, improving usability when reviewing episode details.
- Facesheet: Restored the fixed-width layout on the Facesheet. On larger screens, the Facesheet no longer stretches to the full width of the display, making patient information easier to review.
- Locations: Fixed issues with adding or transferring patient locations that temporarily blocked dispensing in the original location. Doses are now available for dispensing immediately as long as the associated treatment episode and order are active, without requiring users to switch locations to refresh data.
- Occupancy: Fixed an issue where patients continued to appear under the Unassigned section for a previous location after being transferred to a new location. Patients now only display in Occupancy for locations where they have an active treatment episode.
