New
Chart Assistant: The Kipu Intelligence Chart Assistant feature is now available in Treatment Episodes. Click here to learn more about Chart Assistant.
Labs: Users can now move lab orders and lab requisitions between treatment episodes in different locations, as long as those locations share the same lab interface. This update provides more flexibility when managing labs for patients who receive care across multiple locations. Click here to learn more.
Labs: Updated the expanded view for lab requisition line items on the Create Index and Due Today pages. The expanded view now aligns with the legacy Lab Orders table and clearly displays the order’s location information, helping users understand why items from different locations may appear together. For more information on lab requisition line items, check out this article.
Labs: Updated requisition location handling to ensure the correct location is sent to the lab. The Location field has been renamed to Requisition Location and moved to better support patients with active treatment episodes across multiple locations that share a lab interface. Users can now select the appropriate location to ensure accurate facility details are included in HL7 transmissions, as occurs in legacy Lab Requisitions. Click here to learn more.
Fixed
- Chart Assistant: Fixed an issue with the Treatment Episodes side drawer where the maximize behavior was not functioning as expected, improving usability when reviewing episode details.
- Facesheet: Restored the fixed-width layout on the Facesheet. On larger screens, the Facesheet no longer stretches to the full width of the display, making patient information easier to review.
- Locations: Fixed issues with adding or transferring patient locations that temporarily blocked dispensing in the original location. Doses are now available for dispensing immediately as long as the associated treatment episode and order are active, without requiring users to switch locations to refresh data.
- Occupancy: Fixed an issue where patients continued to appear under the Unassigned section for a previous location after being transferred to a new location. Patients now only display in Occupancy for locations where they have an active treatment episode.
