The Edit icon appears when the selected encounter is eligible for updates. Undo appears when the associated Treatment Episode contains no documentation. These shortcuts give users faster access to common admission management actions without navigating away from the Facesheet. Click here to learn more about the Admission workflow.
Facesheet: Added Undo Shortcut for Discharge Events: An Undo option now displays next to the discharge date and time on the patient’s Facesheet when the discharge is eligible to be reversed.
The system brings the user directly to the Episode of Care Summary step to enter the reason for the Undo. This reduces navigation and makes correcting discharge errors more efficient. Click here to learn more about the Discharge workflow.
Chart Summary: Multi-Select Change Episode Workflow for Documentation: The Chart Summary now includes a multi-select Change Episode workflow that allows users to reassign documentation more efficiently. Users can select individual check boxes next to documentation items or use a new Episode-level check box to select all items within an Episode. When any items are selected, a Change Episode button appears, opening the existing modal to choose the new Episode; all selected items are reassigned upon confirmation. This update streamlines bulk documentation management while maintaining existing behavior. Using Change Episode on a single line item still moves only that item, and previously selected check boxes remain selected. Click here to learn more about the Chart Summary tab.

eMAR and Treatment Episodes: The new eMAR enhancements successfully tested, confirming accurate display of medication details and proper functionality for administering medications using the Yes, No, and Refused options, with inventory checks performing as expected when enabled or disabled. Users able to record notes, not given comments, adverse reactions, and efficacy details directly within the MAR. Multi-day view access was verified for provider roles and confirmed configurable for non-provider roles. The First Response feature operated correctly when enabled and disabled, and the Pending Nurse Review feature functioned as intended across all medication types, with appropriate role-based visibility.
Billing: If a user navigates to Chart Summary > Treatment Episodes, and selects Change Episode to update the treatment episode, the system associates the corresponding linked evaluation, group session, or vitals record data to the new treatment episode selected. The Regen Worker updates correctly the billing report when changing treatment episodes.
Manage Recurrent Assessments: Recurring Assessments generates only when a patient has an In Progress Treatment Episode in the location where the assessment was originally enabled. When the patient leaves that location and no longer has an active treatment episode there, any recurring assessments associated with that location are automatically disabled, appearing in the Recurring Assessment History as disabled by system. If the patient moves to a new location, no recurring assessment history or configuration from the previous location should carry over.
