How Do I Add New Rooms To My Buildings?

Issue

I need to add a Room in one of my Buildings, but I don't know where to go.

Environment

Kipu EMR, Roles: Super Admin, Features: Manage Rooms, Settings: Occupancy/Room

Resolution

Users with the role of Super Admin or the feature Manage Rooms can follow the below steps to add new rooms to your buildings.

  1. Select your Initials in the top right corner, then click on Settings.
  2. Go to the Rooms tab and select the New Room button.
  3. Give a name the new Room and click the Add button.
  4. Fill out the necessary information then select the Update button.

    The notes section within the room is optional and not mandatory.

  5. Add any Beds necessary. Each bed name must be unique, and select the Update button to save the changes.

Note:
Repeat steps 2-5 as many times as needed to add rooms to the building.
