Treatment Plans Release Notes 2025 [Early Access]

  • Updated

This feature is currently in limited release to a select group of clients.

Encounters.early-access.21 - March 13, 2025

New

  • Manage Episodes: Treatment episodes can no longer be undone once an associated appointment has been attended. Users will now receive a warning that the appointment cannot be undone. If a treatment episode only has past appointments in the Cancel, No Show, Draft, or Waitlist statuses or appointments scheduled in the future, it can still be undone, and the appointment(s) will be removed.
  • Scheduler Modal: Scheduler is now accessible by clicking View Scheduler in the header. A new modal will open over the patient chart, giving users a better view of the Scheduler and reducing the scrolling needed to view and add appointments. Additionally, if an appointment is scheduled, instead of seeing View Scheduler users will instead see the date and time of the next appointment.
