Rounds: Past Rounds

You can view all logged rounds and their intervals in the Past Rounds tab and within each patient chart. Let's review how to access and work with the Past Rounds section.

View Past Rounds

From the Shifts (or Rounds) tab, open the Past Rounds tab.

Here you will see all previously started rounds and every generated interval for each round.

1. You can sort the rounds by Name, Status, date (Started), and time (Shift) columns.
2. The round can be in one of the following statuses:
   • In Progress: The round has been started but not all intervals were logged for the assigned patients.
     
   • Complete: All intervals for all patients included in the Round have been logged.
     
   • Reviewed: The reviewer signed off on the round logs.
     
3. You can also filter out the intervals by the date/time range.
4. Click on the Round Name to access the round's overview of all observed intervals and a reviewer's signature (if added).
5. Click on the + button to expand the list of Round Intervals. You will see the interval's time range and status (Complete/Incomplete). Click on the - button to collapse the list of the round's intervals.
   • To view an interval, click on the individual interval time.
