I'm trying to submit a lab requisition, but it's saying "Patient insurances are invalid" and "Patient is invalid".

Issue

When trying to submit a lab requisition, an error message pops up stating that "Patient insurances are invalid" and that the"Patient is invalid". 

Environment

Kipu EMR, Lab Test Requisitions, Roles: Lab Requisition Operator, Super Admin, Records Admin

Resolution

  1. Go to the affected patient's chart.
  2. Click on the Edit Patient button.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the facesheet.
  4. Click on the Validate form button.
  5. Go back to the Lab Requisition and submit it again.
