Issue
When trying to submit a lab requisition, an error message pops up stating that "Patient insurances are invalid" and that the"Patient is invalid".
Environment
Kipu EMR, Lab Test Requisitions, Roles: Lab Requisition Operator, Super Admin, Records Admin
Resolution
- Go to the affected patient's chart.
- Click on the Edit Patient button.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the facesheet.
- Click on the Validate form button.
- Go back to the Lab Requisition and submit it again.
