How To Update an Existing Konnector [CMD]

The CMD Konnector ensures that the data in the Kipu EMR is routed to for correct facility and the appropriate rendering provider.

1. Click on your initials and select Settings.
   
2. Open the Integrations tab and click Konnectors > CollaborateMD.
3. Edit the Konnector in question.
4. Make the necessary changes.
5. Under CollaborateMD Interface, enter the following fields based on what you want to link patients in this Konnector to:  
   • Facility Name | Facility ID:  Copy and Paste the Facility Name & Sequence # (aka ID) from CMD into these fields.
     
   • Customer Name | Customer ID: Type the Customer Name from CMD into this field/
     
   • Provider Number | Provider Last Name | Provider First Name:
6. Click Test Connection.

7. Click Update when you’re done.
