Can a Custom Report Be Copied from one CMD Customer to Another?

Is it possible to copy a custom report from one CollaborateMD account to another? I'd like to use the same report setup across multiple accounts without having to recreate it each time.

Resolution

Yes, you can copy custom reports between CollaborateMD accounts. Here are a few things to keep in mind to ensure the process goes smoothly.

Important Guidelines

• You can transfer up to three custom reports between accounts at no charge.
• If you need to transfer more than three reports, there may be a service fee.

Before moving forward, the requester needs to get approval from the authorized representative of the original (From) account to confirm it's okay to copy or move the report. Without this approval, the report cannot be copied or transferred.

Once you have approval from the Authorized Representative, please email Support at [e-mail] with the following details:

1. From account name

2. To account name

3. Name of the person requesting the transfer

4. Username(s) of the person(s) who will use the copied report

5. Report name

After Support receives this information, they will open a case with CollaborateMD to manage the report transfer to your requested account.

Once the report is copied, it will be assigned to one Authorized Representative in the destination (To) account—usually the person who submitted the request. That person will then be responsible for sharing the report with other users as needed.
