How do we make sure that the facility name isn't included in the claim when sending information from Kipu to CMD?
Environment
Kipu EMR, Roles: Super Admin & Records Admin, Features: Billing/UR and Supporting Roles
Resolution
To prevent the facility from being sent to CMD, please ensure the facility is removed or not created within the konnector. If you need help, feel free to contact Support.
- Click on your initials and select Settings.
Next, click Konnectors > CollaborateMD and make sure that the konnector is enabled.
- Then click the edit icon.
- Remove data from the Facility Name and Facility ID fields and click Test Connection.
- Finally, click Update.
