How do I change the account type on a patient? 

Environment

CollaborateMD, Roles: User, Features/Location: Patient account on CMD

Resolution

Use the following steps to update the patient's account type on CollaborateMD:

  1. Navigate to the Patient tab.
  2. Search for the patient in question.
  3. Open the patient.
  4. Under Patient Infoyou will see the Type drop-down.

  5. This will allow you to select from a variety of different patient types, some of which can also be customized.

Note: You can customize the different Patient Types within your CollaborateMD account by going to Customer Setup and then selecting Customization. From there, select Customize Patient Account Types
