CollaborateMD: How do I find my submitter ID for my providers?

Issue

I need to confirm my primary submitter ID to approve an ERA split. How can I find the submitter ID for my providers?

Resolution

Every provider added to your CMD account has an established submitter ID. You can find this information using the following steps: 

1. Go to your Customer Setup tab.
2. Select Providers. 
3. From here, you can select Show All to see all of your Providers and their submitter IDs:
