How do I update or add new rates to a fee schedule in CollaborateMD?

CollaborateMD, Roles: Admin, Features: Fee Schedules
Resolution
To create or update a fee schedule in CollaborateMD, follow these steps:
- Go to Customer Setup on the left side of CollaborateMD.
- Select Codes, then choose Fee Schedules.
- Click the New Fee Schedule button.
- Choose your preferred method to create prices for the fee schedule.
- After making a selection and entering the required information, click the Show Preview.
- Complete the following fields: Name, Effective From and Effective To dates, and Description.
- The Fee Schedule tab will display a list of your CPT/HCPCS and Revenue codes.
- Enter your prices in the Price column for each code.
Optional: Use the Configuration tab on the right to choose how to apply your fee schedule.
Optional: Use the Anesthesia tab on the right to set the method for calculating units for anesthesia procedures. - Click Save to finalize the fee schedule.
