How do I update or add new rates to a fee schedule in CollaborateMD?

Environment

CollaborateMD, Roles: Admin, Features: Fee Schedules

Resolution

To create or update a fee schedule in CollaborateMD, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Customer Setup on the left side of CollaborateMD.
  2. Select Codes, then choose Fee Schedules.
  3. Click the New Fee Schedule button.
  4. Choose your preferred method to create prices for the fee schedule.
  5. After making a selection and entering the required information, click the Show Preview.
  6. Complete the following fields: Name, Effective From and Effective To dates, and Description.
  7. The Fee Schedule tab will display a list of your CPT/HCPCS and Revenue codes.
  8. Enter your prices in the Price column for each code.
    Optional: Use the Configuration tab on the right to choose how to apply your fee schedule.
    Optional: Use the Anesthesia tab on the right to set the method for calculating units for anesthesia procedures.
  9. Click Save to finalize the fee schedule.
