How can I restore a deleted claim, payment, or adjustment?

Resolution
Here’s how you can restore a deleted claim, payment, or transaction from the Manage Account screen:
- Go to the Patient tab and choose Manage Account.
- Find and select the patient whose transaction you want to restore.
- Click the Options button and select the Show Deleted Transactions checkbox.
- In the Transaction Listing, locate the date of service (DOS), expand the procedure date, and find the transaction.
- Uncheck the box next to Delete Transaction.
- Click Save.
Following these steps will restore the deleted transaction, including claims, payments, or adjustments.
