How can I restore a deleted claim, payment, or adjustment? 

Environment

CollaborateMD, Patient, Permissions: Patients

Resolution

Here’s how you can restore a deleted claim, payment, or transaction from the Manage Account screen:

  1. Go to the Patient tab and choose Manage Account.
  2. Find and select the patient whose transaction you want to restore.
  3. Click the Options button and select the Show Deleted Transactions checkbox.
  4. In the Transaction Listing, locate the date of service (DOS), expand the procedure date, and find the transaction.
  5. Uncheck the box next to Delete Transaction.
  6. Click Save.

Following these steps will restore the deleted transaction, including claims, payments, or adjustments.
