Frequency Tips

  • You must click the Enabled checkbox in order to see the frequency in the Frequency drop-down in Orders and Order templates.
  • The name of a frequency cannot be changed if it is already in use. You can disable the frequency and create a new one if needed.
  • You have the ability to drag and drop the frequencies. The order you arrange them in is how they will display in the frequency drop-down.
  • If changes are made to an existing frequency, and a user clicks on the Change Order button of an order using the existing frequency, they will see the following warning.
