The Evaluation Copy feature allows users to copy evaluation forms content to a brand new version of the same form in one click.
At this time, Treatment Plans forms are not available for Evaluation Copy, and users can only copy forms that are assigned to the user's function or don't require a staff signature.
Use Evaluation Copy
Any user with access to evaluation forms can use the Evaluation Copy feature.
Note: The copy feature will only copy from the form that was added. Meaning if the template has been updated since it was added, the updates will not be reflected in the copied form. If an evaluation has been updated since it was added to the patient's chart, you'll have to add it as a new form to use the updated template.
- From the Patient Chart, open the tab containing the evaluation you'd like to copy.
- Click the Copy icon to the left of the form.
- The system automatically creates a new version of the form in an Open status and populates any available content from the source form.
- Forms can be copied in any status (e.g., open, completed, in progress, etc.).
- Once forms have been populated in a tab, you can click on the Time stamps button to view time stamp information.
- Copied forms will say "copied at" instead of "created at", making it easier to identify how a form was created.
Enable Evaluation Copy
- Super Admins can enable the copy feature in your Instance settings.
- Click on your initials and select Settings.
- Open the Instance tab.
- From the Patient Options section, check Evaluation Copy.
- Scroll to the end of the page and click Update.
- Click on your initials and select Settings.
