Viewing the Golden Thread

The Golden Thread List View allows you to view a running list of all golden thread problems, goals, objectives, interventions, statuses, and related signatures and dates.

Accessing the List View

The List View is accessed by opening one of the patient's Golden Thread Treatment Plans.

1. From the patient chart tab, open a treatment plan. 
2. Click on the Golden Thread List View tab.
3. The list view contains a running list of the patient's problems, goals, objectives, interventions, statuses, and any additional threaded documentation like progress notes, group sessions, and evaluations.
4. Each of the rows is clickable and will open the related documentation in preview mode. For example, if you click on the Group Session - Body Image 101, you'd be able to see the notes and golden thread items discussed.
5. Additionally, you can collect signatures in bulk from the Golden Thread List view. Check out the following section for more information. 

Signing Multiple Treatment Plans at Once

The Golden Thread List View allows patients and users to sign multiple Treatment Plans in a single place. Supported signatures are:

1. When establishing the Treatment Plan
   • Patient signature
   • Therapist (or designated user) signature
   • Clinical Director (or designated review user) signature
2. On an ongoing basis:
   • Patient signature for statuses
3. Closing the Treatment Plan
   • Clinical Director (or designated reviewing user) signature

Patient Signature Behavior

When the patient signs selected treatment plans In Progress (Sign and Submit) or In Use (Additional Treatment Plan Signatures), the signature and timestamps apply to all selected treatment plans and each unsigned status within the selected treatment plans.

Collect Signatures in List View

Open any Treatment Plan, and select the Golden Thread List View tab to the right.

Any missing signatures will prompt the related button(s) to appear at the end of the page. 

Clicking on a signature button displays a signature box that includes the list of items requiring that level of signature. Items can be deselected if they are not applicable like a Treatment Plan from a different modality.

Click on Submit to apply the signature to all selected items.
