MAT Reports: A new report has been added to Inventory > Dispensed Summary, providing a consolidated daily view of dispensed doses per day. The report can be generated and electronically signed to support more efficient daily reporting. It includes total dispensed activity for the selected day, as well as a list of patients who received doses, a summary of their dispensing activity, and patient signatures when collected. New eMAR: Super Admins can now void doses in the MAR. Voided doses return to their original state, but provide documentation about the event. The Med Log report will also indicate when a dose has been voided. Check out this article for more detailed instructions on voiding a dose, and this article for reporting.

Note Assistant: Note Assistant now automatically saves audio recordings at regular intervals to reduce processing time once the recording completes. Additionally, a new warning message will appear if a recording cannot be saved due to an internet connectivity interruption, giving users the opportunity to take immediate action, such as resetting their modem or contacting their IT department.

- Billing: Fixed an issue where per diem services didn’t let users create, add, or edit clinical providers.
- Evaluation Templates: Fixed an issue where evaluation template admission dates were not translating time zones correctly, leading to incorrect admission dates being logged.
- Labs: Fixed an issue where the Until Discharge duration option was unavailable for monthly orders. This update also fixed an issue where existing Until Discharge orders displayed N/A and could not be discontinued.
- MAT Dispensing: Fixed an issue where interacting with flags on the dispensing screen resulted in an incorrect message stating that dispensing was still in progress after it was closed.

- Integrated Billing: When users make billing-related changes on billable evaluations, the processing delay has been reduced to near-real time instead of 5 minutes.

Integrated Billing: For evaluations that have been transmitted or marked Do Not Bill, if the clinical documentation is deleted, the attachment section will no longer appear blank and will retain the evaluation with an icon indicating that it has been deleted.
- Integrated Billing: When users delete clinical billable evaluations that have not yet been transmitted, the unbilled item will no longer have an extra processing delay of a few minutes before it is removed from the Billing Audit Tool Report.

- Doctor Orders: Fixed an issue where inventory was unlinked when a Change Order was performed on a Taper and a day was added.
- Integrated Billing: Fixed an issue where overriding grouping wouldn’t allow users to add outpatient ancillary items to a labs item, while labs could be forced grouped into an outpatient ancillary item.

Integrated Billing: Customers using the Kipu RCM integration will now see the insurance plan name on the patient chart for easier readability when the Show Billing Tab in Reports and Settings is enabled under Settings > Instance, and the Interface Type is set to Kipu RCM under Settings > Billing Audit Tool > Location Settings.
- Integrated Billing: The outgoing billing transmissions to CMD will now include the patient MR# at the time of transmission. This information will show up in the Visit ID field in CMD. The field can also be added to reports in CMD under Patient Data > Patient Visit ID. The field will be hidden unless your CMD account has the flag set. Note Assistant: The recording process has been enhanced with a visual voice meter to show users whether the device is picking up their conversation clearly. It will also show which microphone is currently selected so it can be updated if needed. For more information, check out this article.

- MAT Log: Fixed an issue that caused a 404 error when generating a PDF file.
- MAT Orders: Fixed an issue where Show Dose Details was hidden in Custom Taper and Titration orders after the order ended and there were no other active orders.
- MAT Queues: Fixed an issue where, after starting a patient from the Dosing Queue and attempting to close the iframe with undispensed doses, the undispensed dose alert appeared behind the iframe, making it unclickable.

I = No Results Available
O = Order Received
R = Stored
S = Scheduled
X = Order Canceled
