15.10.0.0 - March 24, 2026

New

  • Billing: Updated behavior so that add on codes are displayed in the view-only mode for evaluations when the Show Billing Codes In Read View setting is enabled.

  • Labs: The Lab Reports list view now includes a Review Note column that displays comments providers entered during the review process. Click here for more about Lab Reports.

  • Labs: Updated Results History to exclude results and panels with statuses such as Cancelled, No Result, Deleted, or Wrong. This update helps provide a clearer view of a patient’s result trends. Click here for more information on Labs results history.
  • Labs: Added Test and Specimen Source filters to Results History. Click here for more information on Labs results history.
  • Labs: Providers can now sign new lab orders at the end of the creation process, saving a few extra clicks. Check out this article for more information.
  • Labs: Super Admins can now customize options in the Ordered Via field for lab orders under Settings > Orders > Lab Orders. Check out this article for more information on Lab Orders settings.
  • MAT Reports: A Pump Calibration report type is now available under Reports > Operations, enabling users to report on calibration activity across all pumps. Check out this article for more information.
  • Note Assistant: Removed the refresh icon from the transcript as it no longer serves a purpose. For more on Note Assistant, check out this article.

15.9.0.2 - March 19, 2026

Fixed

  • MAT Dispensing: Fixed an issue where taper and titration doses were incorrectly generated for patients with prior Special Take Out orders.

15.9.0.0 - March 18, 2026

New

  • Chart Assistant: You can now ask the Chart Assistant questions about Labs! Labs data will be available for the chart assistant to analyze in consideration for the answers to your questions. Click here for more information on Chart Assistant.
  • Golden Thread: User-created content in Golden Thread settings can now be downloaded as an XLSX file. Check out this article for more information on Settings > Golden Thread.
  • Golden Thread: Blank problem fields will no longer be disabled when status signatures are applied to Treatment Plan evaluations. Check out this article for more information on Treatment Plans.
  • Facesheet: Added the Guardian and Guarantor last name fields to baseline facesheet validation. If either field is missing, the system highlights it during facesheet validation but does not prevent adding documentation or processing labs.
  • New MAR & New Med Pass: Updated the UI so that pages and the Measurement and Assessment modals display the patient’s preferred name. For more information on the New MAR, click here, and for the New Med Pass, click here

  • Note Assistant: We’ve enhanced the Kipu Intelligence panel experience to prevent accidental disruptions during paused recordings. The panel can no longer be unintentionally closed or navigated away from while a recording is paused. This update helps ensure your work remains secure and uninterrupted, reducing the risk of losing progress during documentation. Check out this article for more information on Note Assistant.
  • Note Assistant: Note Assistant now supports standard checkboxes, radio buttons, drop-downs, and autocomplete fields. Users can leverage transcript content to identify and select responses for the new field types. Check out this article for more information on Note Assistant.
  • Note Assistant: Because Kipu documentation does not support HTML, but we understand that facilities may have used it in their forms in the past, we have added a new warning in the Kipu Intelligence panel if HTML is present in a form. If users encounter problems while using Note Assistant, they will be prompted to contact their Super Admin, who can review the template and remove any unsupported HTML formatting. Check out this article for more information on Note Assistant.
  • MAT Notifications: Notification triggers can now be configured for new, changed, and discontinued MAT Orders. Check out this article for more information.
  • PDF: Large PDFs that exceed size limits will now be automatically split into smaller, easier-to-use files. These files are zipped together and will appear in Downloads. This update reduces PDF generation failures and makes large casefiles easier to open and navigate using standard PDF readers. Check out this article for more in PDF packages.
  • PDF: Previously, when the setting for Diagnosis Codes was selected for PDF headers, header information was cut off due to long dx code descriptions and limited space. With this update, Dx codes remain in the header on every page. However, the full description has been removed from the header and will now be present in the table of contents for reference. Check out this article for more information on PDF headers.
  • Physician Review Dashboard: We’ve introduced additional filtering capabilities, enabling users to filter by Medication, Patient, Ordering Physician, Reviewing Physician, Provider, To Date, and From Date for easier navigation and review. Click here to check out the Physician Review Dashboard article.
  • Users: We’ve added a system warning to alert users that if internal and external roles are selected for a user, it may affect their permissions. Click here for information on internal roles and here for information on external roles.

Fixed

  • Consents: Fixed an issue that prevented some consents from linking to their corresponding Patient Contact and appearing on the facesheet.
  • Evaluation Templates: Fixed an issue where evaluation item rows couldn’t be expanded in certain cases.
  • Golden Thread Treatment Plans: Fixed an issue where the Edit button wasn’t showing from the read-only view for some users.
  • New MAR & New Med Pass: Resolved an issue where users with the Technician role were unable to document observations in the New MAR and New Med Pass.
  • Recurring Evaluations: Fixed an issue where hidden fields were validated despite having “Check if patient is off premises" selected.

15.8.0.0 - March 10, 2026

New

  • Integrated Billing: When combining evaluation add-on services with OBOT bundles, users will now see the add-on service in the expanded view for that OBOT bundle to avoid confusion when reviewing total duration.
  • Note Assistant: We have added a link in the Kipu Intelligence window that allows you to open a new tab. This update is intended to reduce loss of in-progress recordings and support the recommended workflow. Opening a new tab allows you to work in the new tab while the recording continues in the original tab. Check out this article for more information on Note Assistant.
  • Note Assistant: We’ve enhanced Note Assistant to create a clearer and more seamless recording experience. While a recording is in progress, the rest of the patient’s chart will be blurred to keep the focus on the recording panel. This update is intended to reduce instances where users accidentally select Leave and navigate away from their recording without saving it. Check out this article for more information on Note Assistant.
  • Pump Calibration: A default pump calibration amount can now be configured in Settings > MAT, allowing facilities to align it with their standard calibration practices. The value can also be adjusted as needed during calibration. Click here for more information on Pump Calibration.
  • Konnectors: Added extra safeguards to validate eRx configurations when Rcopia is selected as the company or external application.

Fixed

  • Chart Tracker: Fixed an issue that prevented transfers for certain patients with attached PDFs from completing successfully.
  • Federated Authentication: Fixed an issue where federated users were incorrectly receiving password expiration warnings. Because passwords for federated users are managed through their organization’s identity provider, password-related notifications are not applicable. These warnings will no longer appear for users signing in via SSO.
  • Integrated Billing: Fixed an issue where the duration sometimes would not automatically refresh on the billable item when a user changed the duration rather than the end time.
  • Kipu Intelligence: We’ve resolved an issue where the Kipu Intelligence panel expanded behind the screen header, preventing users from collapsing it. The panel now displays full screen on top of the header and can be expanded and collapsed as expected.
  • Note Assistant: We have resolved an issue in Note Assistant where the individual insert icons were not appearing and the Insert All button was unresponsive. Both items are now functioning as expected.
  • Occupancy: Fixed an issue where, when the name of a building was changed under Settings > Rooms, patients assigned to that building would not be assigned to any building, instead of being automatically assigned to the same building with the updated name.
  • Reports: Fixed an issue causing the Telehealth Usage Report to be empty.

15.7.0.0 - March 5, 2026

New

  • Integrated Billing: When viewing billed items in a selected batch from the Batch Report, the data table has been converted to the new technology stack. This update improves performance, filtering, sorting, and exporting. Since this data is all Billed Data, it will reuse your customizations configured in the Billed Report. Check out this article for more information.
  • Integrated Billing: A new warning has been added to the system to validate whether the payer’s External ID is present. Some facilities should disable this warning if they don’t transmit out of the EMR. This warning can be found in Settings Billing Audit Tool > Warnings and Errors, where it can be disabled. Click here for more information on pre-transmission warnings and errors.
  • Integrated Billing: A new warning has been added to the system that validates if the payer’s internal ID is present. Some facilities will want to disable this warning if they are not transmitting or using eligibility checks in the EMR. This warning can be found in Settings Billing Audit Tool Warnings and Errors, where it can be disabled. Click here for more information on pre-transmission warnings and errors.
  • Note Assistant: We’ve updated how internet disconnect messages appear. If a connection issue occurs, the message will now display directly on the panel and remain visible until you choose to resume recording, click Save & Continue, or cancel the session. Check out this article for more information on Note Assistant.

Fixed

  • Facesheet: Fixed an issue that prevented some patient charts from being closed despite validation.
