February 2026 Release Notes

  • Updated

15.3.0.0 - February 4, 2026

This release is being deployed to clients in stages and may not be available in your instance at this time.

New

  • Chart Assistant: Your most recent chat will now automatically reload when you open Chart Assistant, making it easy to navigate around the chart and even move to new tabs without losing your work. You can still start a new chat, rename or search past chats, and delete ones you no longer need. Check out this article for more information.
  • Labs: Lab Requisition Due flags will no longer be generated for orders with the As Needed frequency. Check out the Flags section of this article for more information.
  • Labs: To align with Medicare requirements and other payers with similar guidelines, you can now select a primary diagnosis code and secondary diagnosis codes for lab orders. The Primary Dx Code field defaults to the first diagnosis on the facesheet and updates when the patient’s first facesheet code is updated. It can also be set to a specific diagnosis code as needed. Any number of secondary diagnosis codes can be selected from the patient’s established diagnoses. Click here for more information on creating lab orders.
    • Note: Some labs may continue to receive all patient's diagnosis codes. If your lab wishes to receive Primary/Secondary Dx Codes sooner, please advice them to contact LabTeam@kipusystems.com for integration adjustment.

Fixed

  • Facesheet: Fixed an issue where imported patient DOBs were inconsistently reading incorrectly.
  • Konnectors (Liquid Dispensing Pump): Fixed an issue where the host name in the konnector didn’t reset after the konnector was disabled.
  • Labs: Fixed an issue where the Lab Testing section did not appear on the facesheet even though the location had a lab interface.
  • MAT Orders: Fixed an issue where a Custom Taper or Titration would not accept a day with the same dose amount as the previous day.
