- Integrated Billing: Improved MAT Dosing payer rule logic so that when the minimum number of days has been met and billed for a weekly bundle, the system knows that the weekly bundle has already been transmitted, and won’t create a new weekly bundle for the same time frame.

Labs: Added the ability to customize Requisition Due flags for specific labs and specimen sources. A Super Admin can make changes to existing flags or create new ones under Settings > Flags (see the Flags configuration for more details on configuring Flags).

Labs: You can now view an End Date in the lab orders table, making it easier to identify orders that are nearing expiration.

Labs: The Secondary Diagnosis Code(s) selector now defaults to Same as Facesheet, sending all facesheet diagnosis codes to the lab. You can still leave the field blank to send only the Primary Diagnosis Code or choose specific patient diagnoses. Check out this article for more information on creating lab orders.
- MAT Central Registry: Added support for reporting Actual Dosing Data to the Lighthouse Central Registry to meet reporting requirements in applicable states.

- Facesheet: Fixed an issue where the required Lab Guarantor field in the Lab Testing section did not validate correctly when the Lab Guarantor Type was set to Spouse.
- MAT Dispensing: Fixed an issue where clicking MAT Order from the dispensing screen triggered an incorrect error stating that doses were currently being dispensed. This error prevented users from modifying or placing orders even when no active dispensing was in progress.
- MAT Dispensing: Fixed an issue where the error message “Doses being dispensed” appeared after a dispensing error occurred and the dispensing screen was closed.
- New Med Pass (Early Access): Fixed an issue where the third panel of New Med Pass didn’t appear on tablets when using Safari.

Payment Terminals (Early Access): The Enter Card Manually button now says Manual Entry to clarify that selection is not only for manual card entry, but for all manual payment types (bank account, Sunbit, etc.). This button will only appear for clients using payment terminals.

Chart Assistant: MAT/eRx Insights (Beta): We’ve expanded Chart Assistant to include MAT and eRx insights related to a patient. You can now ask Chart Assistant about medications, and MAT and eRX data will be included in the analysis and response. Given the importance of medication data, this feature is being released in beta as we validate performance at scale and continue refining.

Evaluations: We’ve enhanced the Evaluation list view in the Patient Chart to provide greater visibility into AI activity. Evaluations with AI involvement will now display a rainbow underline indicator. When you hover over the underline, you’ll see how many fields contain AI-assisted content from Note Assistant. For more information on Note Assistant, click here.
If Note Audit has been run, the most recent Note Audit score will also be displayed. This update provides at-a-glance insight into AI usage and documentation quality without opening the evaluation. For more information on Note Audit, check out this article.
This change will apply to new forms added to the chart moving forward. -
Labs: We have removed the Lab Orders tab under Dashboard > Orders because it was tied to an older lab workflow and had not shown lab orders here for a long time. If you would like to see current lab orders in this dashboard, please let us know through the feedback portal. You can still access Labs from the Labs tab in the header, from an individual patient's chart, and from the Physician Dashboard as usual.

MAT Billing: Updated medication inventory items to generate clinical provider data from the corresponding dosing item. While the information will be present regardless, it will only be visible in Reports > Billing Audit Tool if the Clinical Render Provider column is visible. Notifications: Added a new notification, Requires Provider Review, in Settings > Notifications. Users will receive a toast or email notification, depending on the configuration, when an order is flagged as Requires Provider Review in the Pharmacist Review Dashboard.

Physician/Pharmacist Dashboard: Pharmacist users can now mark medication orders as needing provider review from the Pharmacist Dashboard. As part of the process, they will add a reason for the review.
The provider will receive a notification (if Requires Provider Review is set up under Settings > Notifications) letting them know that there is an order for review. Providers can review these orders from their Provider Dashboard or by clicking on the notification. The physician can then open the order, read the pharmacist's review, add their own review, and click Acknowledge.
The physician's review reasons will appear on the order, which will return to the New Order status.
