Super Admins and Records Admins are the only user roles that can delete a billable evaluation.
To get started, navigate to the tab on the patient's chart that contains the form you want to delete and click on the red x.
Deleting Completed Evaluations
- You will get the following warning if the billable form has not been sent to the billing system or marked as do not bill. Click Yes to delete the item and No to cancel.
- Once you delete the evaluation, it will be removed from the Billable Forms tab and the billable report.
Deleting Billed Evaluations
- If the evaluation has already been sent to the billing software (e.g., CMD, HL7, or Kipu RCM) from your billing report tab, you will get the following message instead. Again, click Yes to delete, and No to cancel.
Deleting Evaluations Marked as Do Not Bill
- If the evaluation was sent to the Do Not Bill tab of the Billing Report, you will see the following message instead. As before, click Yes to delete, and No to cancel.
