How to update checking account with clearinghouse or payers? [Integrated Billing]

We need to update our EFT information/checking account, who should I contact?

Resolution

Because EFT information must be updated with the payer, the best thing to do is call the Payor directly or see if you can update the checking information via the payer's web portal. Unfortunately, Kipu Billing Support is unable to assist with this.
