Why isn't the Provider showing in the drop-down menu on the Billing Report?

Issue

When we are adding an evaluation to a patient, we are unable to see a specific Billing Rendering Provider in the drop-down.

Environment

KIPU EMR, Rendering Providers (Integrated Billing)

Resolution

For a provider to show up in the drop-down of an evaluation as a Billing Rendering Provider, the provider must have the Rendering Provider role enabled on their user profile. Click here for instructions on adding this user feature.

Note: You will also need to confirm that the provider's NPI is included on their profile as this is required to set them as a Rendering Provider.
