Which roles can add external apps?

Issue

I am unable to add an External App to the patient's facesheet. 

Environment

Kipu EMR, Integrated Billing.

Resolution

The only users who can add the External App at the bottom of patient charts are:

• • Super Admin

  • Records Admin

  • Admin
