- This error typically occurs when using an older password reset email. When the reset is requested multiple times in a row, emails stack up, increasing the chance that you are not selecting the most recent one. Only the most recent email contains a valid token. Check your inbox for the email with the latest timestamp and click that password reset link. Complete the instructions and you should be able to access Kipu.
- Verification emails are valid for 48 hours. If it has been longer than 48 hours, request a new verification to proceed. Requesting multiple verification emails can stack up in your inbox — check the most recent timestamp to make sure you are using the most up-to-date link.

- Verification emails come from support@kipusystems.com.
- In the email, click the Register link. This link expires after 48 hours, so complete the verification process before it expires.
- Here is an example of how the email will appear:
- Verification emails go to the email address in your Kipu user profile. To review it, click your initials at the top right of the page and select Profile.
- When logging in, if your email is not yet verified, you will see the message below.
- If you have completed the verification process, sign in using the email address tied to your account. If you have not completed the process, reach out to your facility's Super Admin.
- Usernames can no longer be used to sign in. Use your valid email address to log in.
- Click the Forgot Password? link on the Kipu EMR login page and follow the instructions.
- You will not be able to access the EMR application. Reach out to your Super Admin to manually send the verification email and complete the account verification steps.
- With the updated login process, Super Admins no longer set up a temporary password for users. Instead, an email is sent to the address on file with instructions for accessing Kipu EMR. This is a significant upgrade to account security.
