I don't remember the PIN I created to apply my signature to documents.
Environment
Kipu EMR, Manage Your User Profile
Resolution
You can retrieve or update your PIN by following these steps:
- Click on your initials and select Profile.
- Enter your password to continue.
- Scroll down to the Sign with PIN section to view your PIN and make any applicable changes.
- When done, click Update to ensure that your changes are saved.
