How Do I Add a Location to a User Profile?

Issue

I need to add a location to (or remove a location from) a user's profile.

Environment

Kipu EMR. Initials: Manage UsersRoles: Super-Admin 

Resolution

Users with Super Admin access can adjust location access within the Manage Users section.

Follow these steps when a user requires access added or removed for a location or when a user is missing from the active user's list.

  1. To begin select your initials on the top right of the page and select Manage Users.
  2. Locate the user by searching for them, or locating them by last name.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Scroll down to Locations and check the box for each location you want to add to the user's profile.

  5. Once at least one location has been added, a Default location can be assigned via the drop-down menu, if needed.

  6. Click the Update button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
